The group All(H)ours returns with a new album that embraces an even darker fantasy narrative.
All(H)ours released their fifth mini album NO DOUBT at 6 p.m. on the 16th on various online music sites.
NO DOUBT is an album that contains All(H)ours' narrative of moving forward without losing confidence in themselves amid numerous temptations and confusions. Centered on the message "there is no doubt," it captures an expanded worldview, All(H)ours' particular attitude, and musical growth. The members broadened their musical spectrum with a track lineup that crosses various genres, making the group's unique identity even clearer.
The title track "DEAD MAN WALKING" is a hybrid track that combines dark trap and rock sounds based on witch house. It completes an intense atmosphere by portraying images of terror, ruin and self-destruction with exaggerated characterization. The repeating hook "DEAD MAN WALKING" promises strong addictiveness and conveys a unique message from the perspective of a being that, unlike the typical hero narrative, knows the end yet continues to walk to the end.
Also included are tracks that showcase All(H)ours' varied musical colors: "NO DOUBT," which depicts self-awareness trying not to collapse amid anxiety and confusion; "Piece of Me," which expresses delicately trembling inner emotions through melody and rap; "7 o'clock," in which the vocal-position members participated in writing to add a twist to the album's dark narrative; "Because I'm crazy," in which the rap-position members took part in writing and composing to tell their individual stories; and the fan song "My spring, my light, my breath," to which all members contributed lyrics and poured sincere feelings.
Ahead of the album release, All(H)ours held a comeback busking showcase on the 15th and spent a special time with fans. The members premiered the title track "DEAD MAN WALKING" on stage for the first time, drawing enthusiastic response. In particular, their overwhelming performance, stable live vocals and intense stage manners heightened the expectations of fans who had been waiting for their comeback.
