Gap-su 10cm (Kwon Jung-yeol) decided to issue full refunds after the Singapore concert.
10cm posted a notice through its official channel on the 14th saying, "We are providing guidance regarding ticket refunds for the 2026 10CM Asia Tour 'To 10CM: Chapter 1' in Singapore held today (3/14)," the notice read.
10cm explained the situation at the time, saying, "On the day of the concert, there was a sudden deterioration in the artist's throat condition and local medical staff provided treatment. Following the artist's wish to go on stage for the fans who came expecting the concert, the performance proceeded as scheduled."
It added, "We deeply apologize to all the fans who waited for the Singapore concert and came to the venue for not being able to present a fully completed stage in the best condition, and this concert will be fully refunded."
It also said, "We will continue to closely monitor the artist's condition with medical staff, prioritize health and safety, and do our best for a quick recovery."
