Singer 10CM (Kwon Jeong-yeol) is drawing attention for deciding to offer full refunds for concert tickets on the grounds that it was "not a complete stage," even though the Singapore show ended as scheduled.
On the 15th, 10CM's side said in a notice, "On the day of the concert, there was a sudden decline in throat condition, and local medical staff provided treatment," adding, "In line with the artist's determination to go on stage for fans who came with expectations, the concert proceeded as planned," explaining the situation at the time.
They continued, "We deeply apologize to all the fans who waited for the Singapore concert and came to the venue for not being able to present a complete stage in the best condition," adding, "Full refunds will be provided for this concert."
10CM's side said, "We will continue to closely check the artist's condition with medical staff, prioritize health and safety, and do our best for a swift recovery."
10CM held the <2026 10CM Asia Tour "To 10CM: Chapter1" in Singapore> on the 14th in Singapore.
10CM's Asia tour, starting in Seoul, will run through eight cities—Busan, Bangkok, Singapore, Taipei, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Daejeon—until May 3.
10CM has released hits including "Americano," "What The Spring??," "Phonecert," and "To reach you."
