Broadcaster MC Dingdong, who is accused of assaulting a female BJ, expressed his feelings with a cryptic post.
On the 14th, MC Dingdong left a message on his social media saying, "People sometimes talk about me so easily about things even I don't really know about myself."
He also posted an accompanying quote that read, "Do you think the world is tormenting me? If I rest, the world rests too." This phrase is from the book "When You Stop, Things You Finally See" by Venerable Haemin.
MC Dingdong also posted an additional photo featuring the face of the Joker character, expressing a meaningful sentiment. His posts have been interpreted as expressing his feelings in response to the controversy surrounding the recent allegations that he assaulted a female BJ.
MC Dingdong recently became embroiled in allegations of assault after grabbing the hair of a female BJ, A, during an internet broadcast that took the form of an Excel broadcast he conducted with A. At the time, A mentioned a drunk driving and hit-and-run incident from two years earlier while MC Dingdong was performing a profanity-laced rap on viewers' donation prompts.
As the controversy spread, A said, "I didn't expect this to blow up into such a big incident," adding, "Honestly, I was so angry that after the broadcast I couldn't pull myself together and made a big fuss about filing a complaint. If there had been a sincere apology, I wouldn't have considered filing a complaint. But when I saw the phrase 'you were reckless but I was reckless too,' I decided to just file the complaint," and said she refused the settlement money.
Also, through a YouTube channel she is close to, Manse TV, she described the situation at the time, saying, "It was just a sig mission and I cursed, but I touched that person's trauma. But that person used to somewhat look down on me regularly. When the person who looked down on me the most said that, my hand went up in the moment without hesitation," she claimed.
A said, "I understand the settlement money was offered to our entertainment company, but they refused. I didn't feel a sincere apology, and there was an atmosphere of painting me as a gold digger as if I were extorting money, so I decided not to settle. If I had been a gold digger, I would have quietly taken the money. I wouldn't have wanted punishment," she said.
After the controversy, MC Dingdong personally responded, "I also do not take the weight of this matter lightly, and I will take full responsibility where necessary until the end. However, I will no longer tolerate situations in which even untrue information is spreading as if it were established fact. The exact details will be clearly revealed through legal procedures and investigation."
