Chef Park Eun-young said she received an advertising offer thanks to the dance performance she showed on a broadcast.
On the 13th, a video titled "존말할 때 므시따고흐르" was posted on the YouTube channel Jipdaesung. In the video that day, chef Park Eun-young appeared as a guest and talked with Daesung about various topics.
Park Eun-young recently attracted attention by showing her signature "맑눈광" dance on Chef & My Fridge. In response, Daesung asked, "Food is one thing, but are there customers who come to see the dance?"
Park Eun-young said, "There are people like that if they drink a lot," acknowledging that there have been actual requests, while laughing and adding, "There are many customers, and I'm not dancing because I'm worried they might lose their appetite."
Then Daesung joked that on the broadcast the dance and bravado became more talked about than the cooking. Park Eun-young also acknowledged this, saying, "After I danced, I heard a lot of comments like, 'The chef isn't focusing on the cooking, what is this dance?'"
She honestly explained why she continues to dance. She said, "After I danced, I received many advertising offers," and added, "So I found myself focusing more on the dance," which made people laugh. Daesung empathized, saying, "Then you can't not do it."
Park Eun-young said she also practices dancing separately. She said, "I don't practice every day, but when an idol song comes on, I look up choreography videos." At Daesung's request, she also performed choreography on the spot.
Also, Park Eun-young revealed an anecdote about competing in dance with chef Jung Ho-young on the set of "Chef & My Fridge." She said, "When we go to the set, we keep an eye on each other," and added, "We practice our dances separately at a distance," which made people laugh.
Meanwhile, Park Eun-young also recounted that she was staying in Hong Kong when the Netflix cooking survival show Culinary Class Wars aired. She said, "About 10 months after filming, before it aired, I went to Hong Kong," and said, "I had a feeling the program would do well, but I didn't expect such a big reaction."
She continued, "Being in Hong Kong, I was anxious because broadcast offers didn't come in well," and frankly added, "Chef Edward Lee had many invitations, but I didn't, so to be honest I felt a bit envious."
