Actor Ku Hye-sun confirmed early graduation from KAIST.
On the 13th, Ku Hye-sun posted a photo on her social media with the message "Thank you for gifting the donor scarf."
In the released photo, Ku Hye-sun, wearing a mortarboard and graduation gown, drew attention as she wore a scarf featuring the KAIST logo.
Earlier, Ku Hye-sun graduated top of her class from the department of film at Sungkyunkwan University and was admitted to the KAIST Graduate School of Future Strategy's master's program in 2024. She then completed the master's program in less than two years, attracting attention.
She announced her early graduation along with news that her master's thesis had passed, and revealed the thesis title "The fifth wall: the era of one-person media formed by re-projection," noting that a plagiarism check showed a 1% plagiarism rate.
Recently transformed into the CEO of a venture company, she developed an eco-friendly hair roller herself and was selected for an excellent patent award, but debate arose over its high price.
