"MZ wannabe icon" IVE (IVE: An Yujin·Gaeul·Ray·Jang Wonyoung·Reese·Eseo) achieved a triple crown on music shows.
IVE took first place for the second week of March with the pre-release double title track BANG BANG from their second full-length album on KBS2 MUSIC BANK broadcast on the 13th. With this, IVE reached the top of MUSIC BANK for three consecutive weeks with "BANG BANG," completing a triple crown and, by achieving a total of nine wins for their second full-length album, proved their undiminished popularity even after music show promotions ended.
Through their agency Starship Entertainment, IVE said they were really happy to receive another first-place trophy with "BANG BANG" even though music show promotions had ended, and that they were having an even more grateful day thanks to the love sent by many people, including DIVE (the official fan club name). They added that buoyed by the support they received during this promotion, they would work hard to prepare for the upcoming fan concert and present a great stage, and asked for a lot of anticipation.
The pre-release double title track "BANG BANG" from IVE's second full-length album REVIVE+ (Revive Plus), released on the 23rd of last month, is a song that carries an assertive message about charting your own course without being swayed by others' gazes. With intense EDM sounds and intuitive performances, it captivated domestic and international listeners and became the first release this year to achieve a Perfect all-kill (PAK). Along with this, IVE set a record as the team's sixth PAK.
Alongside "BANG BANG," IVE's other double title track "BLACKHOLE" secured high rankings on major domestic music platforms—peaking at No. 3 on Melon HOT100 and No. 5 on Bugs' weekly chart—sustaining the "IVE syndrome." They plan to launch their second world tour, SHOW WHAT I AM, beginning in April across various regions including Asia, Europe, the Americas and Oceania.
Meanwhile, ahead of their world tour, IVE will hold their 2026 fourth fan concert, 2026 IVE THE 4TH FAN CONCERT "DIVE into IVE," at Incheon Inspire Arena from the 21st to the 22nd and meet fans.
