KickFlip (KickFlip) will begin music show promotions for their new song "Twenty" starting with Mnet's M Countdown.
KickFlip will officially release their new mini album My First Kick (My First Kick) on April 6. Ahead of that, they released the track "Twenty" and its music video at 6 p.m. on March 9.
They will perform their refreshingly bright new song on Mnet's M Countdown on the 12th, KBS 2TV's MUSIC BANK on the 13th, MBC's Show! Music Core on the 14th, and SBS's Inkigayo on the 15th. In particular, member Gyehun was selected as an M Countdown MC, raising expectations that he will showcase his multifaceted charms.
"Twenty" is a song that features a rock-based, full-speed sound and depicts the complex, subtle emotions that come with the excitement of a new beginning and the regret of an ending. The new song ranked on iTunes K-pop charts in several overseas regions, including Finland, Canada and Japan.
If the music video evoked a youth movie, the choreography practice video for "Twenty" uploaded to the group's official YouTube channel on the 11th revealed a fresh energy that drew fans' attention. Fans who saw it expressed excitement for the new song's performance, saying "a youth drama written through dance," "it looks even better with the choreography," and "I want to see it on stage." Attention is focused on KickFlip's stage that will sing about the fresh start of being 20, with choreography that expresses the number "20."
Meanwhile, KickFlip will officially release mini album 4 My First Kick, which includes the pre-release track, at 6 p.m. on the 6th of next month, accelerating their growth as a K-pop super rookie.
