The group &TEAM won two awards at the Japan Gold Disc Awards, proving their elevated status.
On the 11th, according to the Recording Industry Association of Japan, &TEAM (Euiju, Fuma, K, Nicholas, Yuma, Jo, Harua, Taki, Maki) won 'Best 5 Albums' and 'Best 5 Singles' respectively at the 40th Japan Gold Disc Awards for the Korean mini album 1st 'Back to Life' and their third single 'Go in Blind'. With this, &TEAM had all works released in 2025 listed among the award winners.
The Japan Gold Disc Awards is a prestigious music awards ceremony hosted by the Recording Industry Association of Japan since 1987. The two categories &TEAM won are awarded to the top five singles and albums by sales released in 2025.
&TEAM sold more than 1 million copies each of 'Back to Life' and 'Go in Blind' in Korea and Japan respectively, becoming the first Japanese artist to achieve million-seller status in both countries.
In addition, &TEAM achieved notable successes such as winning three domestic music show trophies with their Korean debut album and entering major U.S. Billboard charts for the first time. Riding this popularity, they previously won the Special International Music Award at the 67th Japan Record Awards and appeared on the 76th NHK Kōhaku Uta Gassen, continuing their upward momentum.
&TEAM will release the Japanese mini album 3rd 'We on Fire' on April 21 and make another vigorous leap. They will also hold the Asia tour '2026 &TEAM CONCERT TOUR 'BLAZE THE WAY'' starting in Yokohama, Japan, on May 13.
