tvN variety show You Quiz on the Block continues its momentum as the No. 1 program in its timeslot.
On the 11th (Wed), episode 334 of tvN You Quiz on the Block (directors Heo Kang-seok, Kim Ji-young; writer Lee Un-ju) recorded an average of 4.2% and a peak of 5.4% among households in the Seoul metropolitan area, ranking first in its timeslot including cable and comprehensive channels. Also, tvN's target demographic of men and women 20-49 rating achieved first place across all channels in the same timeslot including terrestrial broadcasters, once again proving its strength. That episode was filled with stories of guests who forged their own paths under the theme "breaking through the number of cases." It featured Hosan, a monk who raised a Korean snowboard medalist; singer WOODZ (Cho Seung-yeon), who wrote the self-composed song "Drowning" while serving in the military and created a reverse-hit legend; neuroscientist Professor Kim Dae-sik, who discussed changes and job outlooks in the AI era; and actor Lee Dong-hwi, who, after numerous audition experiences and years of obscurity, is active as a scene-stealer. They had candid conversations with MC Yu Jae-seok that drew praise from viewers.
Meanwhile, episode 335, which will air on the 18th (Wed), will feature Hayerin, a Korean-descended lead of the globally watched "Bridgerton 4" and granddaughter of Son Sook; Yeom Hye-ran, an actress who moves audiences with sincere performances in every work; actor Choi Ji-soo, who played a chaebol second-generation role in the drama Undercover Miss Hong but is actually a professional part-timer; and short-track legend Choi Min-jeong and Choi's mother, appearing together on broadcast for the first time.
