Singer IU said she was cautious about appearing on her agency junior Woodz (WOODZ)'s "IU's Palette" for fear of being accused of 'pushing' him.
On the 10th, a video titled "[IU's Palette] Woodz U la�� three-note high? (With WOODZ) Ep.34" was posted on the YouTube channel "이지금." The video featured Woodz, who recently returned with a full-length album, as a guest.
That day IU introduced Woodz, saying, "He is also a member of our EDAM family, and he returned with a full-length album after his discharge." She went on to say that Woodz had his own standards before appearing on "Palette."
Woodz said, "After I joined the company at the end of 2022, fans often asked, 'How about appearing on Palette?'" but added, "Personally, I thought I would not appear before I had proven myself." He explained, "I said I would tell the company when I had stories to tell on the show, and while I was in the military 'Drowning' did well and with the release of the full-length album I now have things to talk about, so I asked first."
