On the 11th broadcast of KBS 1TV's 'Hwang Shin-hye's Let's Live Together,' Hwang Shin-hye, Park Young-sun, Jang Yoon Jeong, and Jung Ga-eun were shown embarking on a world trip within the filming location, Gapyeong.
On that day Jung Ga-eun asked, "How old was your son when he came to Korea?" When Park Young-sun said her son came to Korea when he was 11, she said, "My daughter is 11 now, and thinking about being separated from her, I think it must have been hard to leave the child behind."
Park Young-sun said, "Of course I was sad. Before the divorce I only thought about my child. My whole life was my son," adding, "It was just so hard. Because of the child, do I have to live like this? But is it really good for a child to grow up under such a depressed mother?"
Park Young-sun, who said she suffered severe internal conflict at the time, said, "It was so hard. If I had only thought about myself, I would have brought the child. But I thought changing my son's environment was not a good option."
Park Young-sun said, "No matter how much I blamed myself, I couldn't turn back time, and I thought I had to concede to give the child the environment with the least shock. So even after coming to Korea I couldn't sleep every day," and she shed tears thinking of her son.
She added, "I still cry when I think of my child. My weakness is my child."
