Kim Seon-tae launched a full-scale solo career as a personal YouTuber after resigning.
On the afternoon of the 11th, a video titled "life's first office promotion" was posted on the YouTube channel "Kim Seon-tae."
Kim Seon-tae said, "Hello. I am Kim Seon-tae. Actually, I rented an office yesterday. It's modest, but I rented an office and I'm going to show it to you," announcing his move.
Entering the office interior, Kim Seon-tae disclosed the specific contract terms without omission and explained that "this place is 500 to 65. It's not cheap, actually. It's not cheap in the Chungju area, but I had to find an office quickly," noting the somewhat high monthly rent.
He added, "Actually, 650,000 won in monthly rent isn't exactly cheap. In Chungju? Not to belittle Chungju, but it's not really cheap. If things go well later and I need staff, I thought it would be better that the space can still be separated," saying it was a strategic choice.
Finally, Kim Seon-tae confessed, "So in a way it's a bet. I placed the bet in advance, but will it be 'pay back after earning'? Can I earn enough to pay it back? That's a bit of a concern," revealing both expectation and nervousness about his future activities.
