Actor Jang Nara's agency had a report that an agency affiliate had died, and Jang Nara's side cautiously expressed a position.
On the 10th, Jang Nara's side told multiple media outlets, "It's very delicate to say anything, but Jang Nara and the agency are not at all related to the issue currently being mentioned."
They added, "Jang Nara has already left Lael BNC and is active independently. She signed an exclusive contract in January last year, but that August the contract was terminated."
The death of Mr. A is unrelated to Jang Nara, her current agency, and the former Lael BNC. In particular, they clarified that contrary to some media reports, it was not a matter of investment or legal disputes.
Earlier the previous day, one outlet reported that an affiliate of Jang Nara's agency was found dead with a suicide note. The outlet added that Jang Nara's agency had recently been experiencing conflicts over investment issues.
However, Jang Nara's side said this is not true and drew a line, saying, "There are reports that the agency had investment or legal conflicts, but that is unrelated to this incident."
