Actress Jin Seo-yeon candidly reveals her multifaceted daily life on "Radio Star," from exercise, English study, stage acting and essay publication to various social activities in Jeju and her current status as a writer.
The MBC entertainment program "Radio Star," which airs on the 11th, will be presented as the "versatile hadung~" special featuring Jin Seo-yeon, Keum Sae-rok, Joo Jong Hyuk and Kwak Beom.
On the day, Jin Seo-yeon also reveals that she has been steadily maintaining her self-care routine by continuing exercise and English study. She also shares her recent activities as a writer, having published the essay "I will endure," and conveys that she continues to take on various challenges amid a busy schedule. She talks about the process that led the book to reach a fourth printing and shares behind-the-scenes stories from the time of writing, offering candid thoughts on her new challenge.
She also reveals a special daily life in Jeju. She says she has naturally settled into life in Jeju by participating in various activities such as a book club, a sauna club and a marine litter cleanup group. In particular, she amuses the studio by sharing an episode she experienced at a Jeju sauna club whose average age is over 60.
Jin Seo-yeon recounts how she learned that the sauna club members turned out to be "big shots" who owned a lot of land in Jeju. She surprises everyone by revealing how she built friendships with them, became a member of their group chat and even received pocket money on her birthday.
She also reveals stories about the start of her acting career. She says she originally prepared for dance school entrance exams but unexpectedly decided to try for the theater and film department entrance exams. She draws interest by sharing her own acting preparation process and stories from that time, which allowed her to be accepted by four schools, including Seoul Institute of the Arts, despite a short preparation period.
