"MZ wannabe icon" IVE (IVE: Ahn Yujin·Gaeul·Ray·Jang Wonyoung·Reese·Yeseo) wrapped up promotional activities for their new release with dazzling results.
IVE concluded activities for their second full-length album REVIVE+ (Revive Plus) and its double title tracks BANG BANG (Bang Bang) and BLACKHOLE (Blackhole) with the performance on SBS' Inkigayo broadcast on the 8th.
IVE performed BLACKHOLE and BANG BANG on Mnet's M Countdown, KBS2's MUSIC BANK, MBC's Show! Music Core and SBS' Inkigayo. Among these, MUSIC BANK, Show! Music Core and Inkigayo gave BANG BANG back-to-back first-place wins on terrestrial music shows for two weeks, marking a meaningful finale. With this, IVE achieved seven music show wins for BANG BANG and one for BLACKHOLE, bringing their total music show wins to an overwhelming eight.
Through this promotion, IVE demonstrated an expanded narrative and musical spectrum. Previously centered on the self with messages of self-assurance, they broadened their perspective to "we" on this album and newly redefined IVE-style narcissism. This attempt received enthusiastic public response and translated into various achievements. BANG BANG dominated major domestic music charts and became the first song released in 2026 to achieve a perfect all-kill (PAK), marking the group's sixth PAK overall. At the same time, it also swept the top positions on major domestic weekly charts.
The global market response was also strong. Billboard praised IVE's new release as "opening a new era that expands the meaning of the name IVE." BANG BANG appeared on Billboard's Global 200 and Global (excluding U.S.) charts for two consecutive weeks, and the second full-length album entered the top ranks of Spotify's global chart, demonstrating strong streaming power across all tracks.
Through their agency Starship Entertainment, IVE said, "We put a lot of thought and hard work into preparing the second full-length album to show a new side of ourselves, and thanks to the great love from DIVE (the official fan club name) and many others, it became an activity that will be remembered for a long time."

From the 26th of last month and during the two-week promotion period, IVE showcased contrasting charms that shifted between BLACKHOLE's dreamy mood and BANG BANG's energetic charisma. On the BLACKHOLE stage, IVE used a long table to present varied performance configurations, and on the BANG BANG stage, they left a strong addictive impression with point choreographies such as the key ring dance, shoulder dance and ayaya dance alongside EDM sounds. In addition, the choreography challenge with various artists and its use as background music on social media received much love and great responses.
Meanwhile, IVE will hold their 2026 IVE the 4th fan concert DIVE into IVE at Incheon Inspire Arena from the 21st to the 22nd and meet fans.
