NEWBEAT heated up Daegu and Busan, continuing the momentum of their national tour.
NEWBEAT (NEWBEAT, Park Min-seok·Hong Min-seong·Jeon Yeo-yeo-jeong·Choi Seo-hyun·Kim Tae-yang·Jo Yun-hoo·Kim Ri-woo) held their first nationwide tour concert, 2026 Drop the NEWBEAT: NEURO 1000 PROJECT, on the 1st in Daegu and the 8th in Busan.
At the Daegu and Busan shows, they refreshed the cover song lineup differently from their previous tour to give fans a fresh pleasure. In particular, the Daegu show proved explosive interest in NEWBEAT by selling out all seats as soon as ticket sales opened.
Filling the seats, NEWBEAT opened the glamorous curtain with "Flip the Coin" and then performed hit songs in succession, including "HICCUPS" and "LOUD." They then perfectly executed high-difficulty cover stages such as "THRILL RIDE," "Young-woong," SONOKONG, and "It Glistens," raising the atmosphere at the venue.
Unit stages that highlighted the members' personalities also shone. Park Min-seok·Hong Min-seong·Jeon Yeo-yeo-jeong·Choi Seo-hyun showed hip charm with "TIC TOC," which used hats, and Kim Tae-yang·Jo Yun-hoo·Kim Ri-woo revealed sweet vocal skills through "Someone Like You." Then, with the unit song "KICK&SNARE" by Jeon Yeo-yeo-jeong and Choi Seo-hyun, they boasted a wide musical spectrum of seven members with seven colors.
The Busan show was held in two sessions, allowing deeper communication with fans. After the first session, NEWBEAT held a hi-bye event, and after the second session they arranged a seven-to-one photo event to show special fan love. In the latter half of the concert, they presented "JeLLo (Himsumjin)," "Cappuccino," and "Unbelievable" arranged in EDM versions, creating a festival atmosphere with fans.
Through this Yeongnam-area tour, NEWBEAT moved one step closer to achieving the "Neuro 1000 Project" mission. Under the bold pledge to donate 10 million won if they meet 1,000 fans during the tour period and to complete a 1,000 km march if they fail, the members are drawing fans' support with sincere performances at every stage.
