Comedians Shim Hyun-seop and Jeong Young-rim shared that they are retrying in vitro fertilization.
On the 8th, a video titled "The most delicious food in the world is Jeong Young-rim's todal-bokkeum!!! (Not tomato scrambled eggs but "don't call it todal" stir-fry)" was uploaded to the Jeong Young-rim Shim Hyun-seop YouTube channel.
That day Jeong Young-rim cooked tomato scrambled eggs for Shim Hyun-seop. She explained, "Since we're having brunch, eat heartily and oppa said he wants something light for dinner."
Then an alarm began to ring on Jeong Young-rim's phone, and Shim Hyun-seop asked, "Do you even have an alarm for eating?" Jeong Young-rim replied, "No, it's to let me know each day whether I've taken supplements like folic acid, coenzyme Q10, or vitamin D—things needed to prepare for in vitro fertilization," revealing that she has been taking the supplements needed for the procedure.
Earlier, Jeong Young-rim and Shim Hyun-seop married in April last year. Because she was already 44 years old, Jeong Young-rim even quit her job to try in vitro fertilization for a second child, and on last month's TV CHOSUN program "A Lover of Joseon" she reported going to the hospital after sudden bleeding. Unfortunately, the first attempt failed, and Jeong Young-rim confessed, "We decided to try again next month," adding, "They said it's because of my age. They said there's really no time left," evoking sympathy.
