Actor An Ji-hye has entered the free agent market.
According to reporting by OSEN on the 8th, An Ji-hye's exclusive contract with her agency Lead (LEAD) Entertainment expired at the end of October last year. She is reportedly considering and exploring her next moves while receiving offers from new agencies.
An Ji-hye signed an exclusive contract with Lead Entertainment in November 2022 and continued her activities, but after about three years the contract ended and they went their separate ways.
Born in 1989, An Ji-hye debuted in 2012 with the film 'Bandhankko' and built her filmography appearing in films such as 'Blow, Wind', 'The Hunt', and the Netflix film 'Wilderness'. In particular, in 'Wilderness' she played Air Force special forces master sergeant Lee Eun-ho, performing intense action herself and leaving a strong impression.
She continued to be active in drama as well. She appeared in dramas such as 'Doctor Frost', 'Six Flying Dragons', 'Mine', 'The First Responders and National Forensic Service' and consistently pursued acting, and in the KBS2 drama 'Twelve' she played the horse angel 'Malsook', showcasing intense action acting. She also appeared in the Disney+ original series "The Murky Stream," continuing a path that crosses genres and platforms.
Known as a former gymnast, An Ji-hye drew attention for action acting based on solid physical ability, standing out as an "action actor."
