Actor Lee Sang Yi transformed into a "vacation teacher" and created a heartwarming scene.
On the 6th episode of tvN variety show "Bogum Magical," which aired on the 6th, the fourth day of the barbershop's operation was revealed.
On that day's broadcast, a neighborhood resident visited the barbershop. It was 92-year-old Ra Ok-ja, who, moved by having received a cake earlier, returned with a bag full of fruit.
Finding a study notebook in Ra Ok-ja's bag, Lee Sang Yi learned that she was studying alone during vacation and readily offered to help. He said, "I'll be your vacation teacher," and suggested a dictation exercise.
Lee Sang Yi proceeded with dictation by calling out words to help with double consonant study. During this, he briefly pondered spelling, saying, "Is 'jajangmyeon' spelled 'jjajangmyeon'?" which drew laughter.
Soon thinking of another word, Lee Sang Yi calmly continued explaining, saying, "Then shall we try using 'jjajeung' once?" He patiently told the grandmother each final consonant she confused and didn't hesitate to praise her, saying, "You know it perfectly."
The dictation lesson, which continued in a warm atmosphere, brought a warm smile to both village residents and the cast.<
