Singer and actor Park Jihoon presented a charming set of four life photos to celebrate The King's Warden (hereafter The King's Warden) surpassing 10 million admissions.
On the 6th Park Jihoon posted several photos with the caption Thank you. I love you♥.
In the released photos, Park Jihoon, Yoo Ji-tae, Jeon Mi-do, KIM MIN and others are seen looking at the camera with bright expressions. In particular, the images were shot last March, exactly one year ago, drawing attention to the actors' warm atmosphere. Also, the second photo shows the set of The King's Warden, where Yoo Hai Jin, Park Jihoon, Jeon Mi-do and KIM MIN stand side by side, once again evoking the film's emotions.
In the film Yoo Hai Jin plays Um Heung-do, the village head of Gwangcheon-gol where Danjong was exiled, Park Jihoon plays the ill-fated young king Danjong, Yoo Ji-tae plays Han Myeong-hoe, a representative strategist of early Joseon, Jeon Mi-do plays palace maid Maehwa, and KIM MIN plays Um Heung-do's son Taesan.
Meanwhile, The King's Warden surpassed 10 million cumulative admissions at around 6:32 p.m. on March 6, the 31st day after its release. The King's Warden became the fourth historical film to reach 10 million admissions following The King's Man, Masquerade and The Admiral: Roaring Currents, proving its explosive popularity as the top box office hit of 2026. It also marks the first 10 million admissions film in two years since The Roundup: Punishment, which was released in 2024, bringing renewed vitality to theaters.<
