The group CORTIS will release the title track audio from their second mini album on April 20.
CORTIS (Martin, James, Juhun, Sunghyun, Geonho) announced at 10 a.m. on the 6th via global superfans platform Weverse that their second mini album "GREENGREEN" will be released on May 4. Ahead of that, they will first release the title track audio at 6 p.m. on the 20th of next month to stoke comeback excitement.
The new song "YOUNGCREATORCREW," which was revealed as a surprise during the headliner performance of the "NBA Crossover concert series" and through the "Hancomtaja" acid rain game, will also be included on the second mini album. Less than 10 days after the first stage, more than 10,000 videos using portions of the audio and choreography were posted on the global short-form video platform TikTok.
CORTIS was recognized as the "best rookie" representing 2025. Their debut album "COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES" surpassed cumulative sales of 2 million copies according to the latest Circle Chart (tracking period: Feb. 22–28). Also, it entered the Billboard 200, the main album chart of Billboard, at No. 15 (Sept. 27 issue), marking the highest debut album ranking for a K-pop group excluding project teams. Fueled by consecutive hits "GO!", "What You Want" and "FaSHioN", the global audio and music streaming platform Spotify surpassed 400 million cumulative streams of the entire album five months after its release.
Their social media metrics reflecting popular appeal are also outstanding. As of 9 a.m. on the 6th, their official channels on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube had 9.7 million, 10.18 million and 3.22 million followers respectively. In particular, the Instagram account reached 10 million followers six months after its launch, setting the shortest-record achievement for a K-pop group. Beyond music and choreography videos, CORTIS's fashion, photography and video shooting styles are spreading like a trend among the global young audience. With such fierce momentum, attention is focused on the impact they will make in the global market with this comeback.
