SM male trainee team SMTR25 (SM Entertainment) proved formidable ticket power by selling out their May Seoul fan meeting.
SMTR25's first fan meeting 'Reply High School' Fan Meeting Tour - Graduation Trip in SEOUL, to be held May 2-3 at Olympic Hall in Olympic Park in Seoul, saw as many as 74,000 people attempting to access the ticketing site simultaneously at the time of ticket release, and both shows sold out. Considering that SMTR25 are still trainees who have not officially debuted, this is a very unusual figure and shows that they have already formed a strong core fandom and are enjoying intense popularity.
Riding on the fans' enthusiastic response, SMTR25 decided to add an additional performance on May 1, and tickets for the added show will be available on Melon Ticket starting at 8 p.m. on March 11.
This fan meeting will feature SMTR25 members Hanbi (HANBI), Songha (SONGHA), Danielle (DANIEL), Hyunjun (HYUNJUN), Hamin (HAMIN), Jaewon (JAEWON), Woolin (WOOLIN), Nicholas (NICHOLAS), Kassho (KASSHO), Justin (JUSTIN), Haruta (HARUTA), Sadaharu (SADAHARU), Charlie (CHARLIE), Kachin (KACHIN), and Tata (TATA), who appear on 'Reply High School', in a concept where they finish life at the program's fictional school "Ujeong High" and go on a graduation trip together. Starting in Seoul, the tour will continue on May 24 at Pacifico Yokohama in Yokohama, Japan, and on May 30 at Thunder Dome in Bangkok.
'Reply High School' is a time-slip reality variety program in which SMTR25 enrolls in "Ujeong High" and directly experiences K-culture from the 1990s through the 2010s to find the answer to their debut; it airs every Friday at 8:20 p.m. on cable channel Mnet and Mnet Plus.
