Actor Chung Su-bin is taking on romance acting.
On the 5th, OSEN reported that Chung Su-bin will play the female lead in the film "My First Graduation."
"My First Graduation" is director Kim Jinhwa's new work, who received acclaim for the 2022 film "Yoon Si-nae disappeared," and is a youth romantic comedy. It depicts the story of two men and women who lived in different times meeting and experiencing growth and love.
For the male lead, actor Kim Jaewon, who appeared in the drama "The Tale of Lady Ok," "The Trauma Code: Heroes on call," "You and Everything Else," and "Lady Dua," and who has also made an impression ahead of the release of the TVING original "Yumi's Cells 3," is being considered for the role.
Last year Chung Su-bin showcased stable acting through STUDIO X+U's "Friendly Rivalry" and the film IT′S OKAY!, leaving an impression on domestic and international viewers. Crossing home screens, OTT and the big screen, she emerged as the next rising star.
As proof of this, Chung Su-bin won rookie awards in succession at the "2025 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards," the "Global OTT Awards," and the "16th Korea Drama Awards," showing growth.
