The group All(h)ours (ALL(H)OURS) returns with a new album that embraces a sharper identity and an expanded universe.
All(h)ours will release their fifth mini album "NO DOUBT" on the 16th at 6 p.m. and make a comeback. This album is drawing attention as not merely a concept change but as a continuation of the narrative they have built and a decisive turning point.
All(h)ours solidified the team's identity with their 2024 debut album ALL OURS and WITNESS. In "Smoke Point" they captured the energy of racing toward ideals, and in "VCF" they declared they would not follow trends but create a new flow themselves.
And "NO DOUBT" is the story after that declaration. This album captures the moment when a being who had been shaken by external standards and evaluations ultimately chooses not to doubt itself. Through "NO DOUBT," All(h)ours plans to portray an awakening from a "chosen being" to a being that chooses itself.
Recently released teaser content visually amplified this message. Symbolic objects such as a space reminiscent of an auction house, chains and a guillotine, red lighting and eyes in the dark suggest not a simple dark concept but oppression, evaluation and escape from them. The displayed images of the members pose questions about the "structure in which a being's value is determined by others."
In particular, the trailer, which drew attention with cinematography like a movie preview, announced the beginning of a dark-fantasy narrative. All(h)ours hinted that this album is not simply consuming dark emotions but speaks of the conviction that blooms within them through scenes symbolizing awakening rather than despair: being dragged into darkness, struggling to break free while bound in chains, and staring at the final light.
The title track "DEADMAN WALKING" is a song placed at the apex of this universe. It is expected to dramatically portray the moment of awakening through the narrative of a figure who, already defined as finished and treated as a "dead being" within the system, nonetheless does not stop and walks out on their own.
Beyond Korea, global K-pop fans are also paying attention to All(h)ours' bold attempt. Rather than following existing formulas, All(h)ours is pulling the very structure of being an idol into the narrative and heralding a new leap. Expectations are focused on what kind of resonance All(h)ours' challenge will create.
Meanwhile, All(h)ours' fifth mini album "NO DOUBT" will be released through various online music sites on the 16th at 6 p.m.
