A secret hidden between Kim Hyeon-jin and Im Ji-eun is being peeled back one layer.
Episode 5 of the drama Lovephobia (written by Lee Se-ryeong, directed by Wang Hye-ryeong), airing on Lifetime on the 5th, depicts the special past of Han Seon-ho (played by Kim Hyeon-jin) and Yang Seon-ae (played by Im Ji-eun), who are connected by a book.
In the previous broadcast, Han Seon-ho was greatly shaken when he learned that Yoon Bi-a (Yeonwoo) is Yang Seon-ae's daughter, and he stirred viewers' curiosity by treasuring her book "My Little Paradise." Han Seon-ho, pretending not to know anything, subtly asked Bi-a about family relations and learned that Yang Seon-ae had passed away, and he began to empathize with Bi-a's loneliness that led her to create the AI lover Pormi.
As the hidden connection between Han Seon-ho and Yang Seon-ae surfaces, the stills released today (the 5th) capture warm moments of Han Seon-ho and Yang Seon-ae building a bond through books, offering a touching experience.
In the stills, Han Seon-ho shows displeasure toward his younger brother Han Baek-ho (played by Choi Byung-chan), but Han Baek-ho ignores him and heads to the library with his brother. Interest focuses on the reason the twin brothers, who were left alone in the world after losing their mother, went to the library.
In the library they reluctantly entered, Han Seon-ho has a fateful meeting with Yang Seon-ae. Yang Seon-ae's warm gaze, watching over a struggling Han Seon-ho who suffers from his mother's absence, itself becomes comfort and brings Seon-ho, who had been shutting himself away, one step out into the world. Viewers can check the broadcast to learn what secret Yang Seon-ae kept—unknown even to her daughter Yoon Bi-a—along with the bond the two built in the library.
Episode 5 of Lovephobia, produced by WEMAD, will air on Lifetime at 11 p.m. tonight, the 5th, and will be released on U+mobiletv at 10 a.m. on the 9th (Monday).
