TEO (Teo) original web variety show "Sik-deokhu" unveils a new journey.
The series "Sik-deokhu" (directed by Chae Song-yi), presented on the TEO YouTube channel, is a deep, obsessive culinary exploration in which chef Choi Kang-rok searches for Japanese ingredients and delves into them like a "fan." The latter part of the journey, set against Kyoto and Kobe, captures Choi Kang-rok's frank and quirky charm while tracing the footsteps toward ingredients more deeply and intensely, drawing attention.
In episode 6 of "Sik-deokhu," which will be released today (the 5th) at 8 p.m., the culinary exploration continues with Kyoto "vegetables" as the main theme. Following Kyoto's white miso in episode 4 and Kobe's beef in episode 5, another new ingredient investigation is announced. With praise pouring in such as "content with a unique comfort" and "I've been waiting only for this," anticipation is growing for what story will follow.
"Sik-deokhu" plans to release limited-edition "mini book keyring" merchandise. The limited-quantity sale will include a mini book keyring that reorganizes the main points of Sik-deokhu, along with a keyring charm featuring Gang-rok attached to a sardine.
The "Sik-deokhu" merchandise will go on sale starting Saturday, March 7, and will be available through the fashion and lifestyle platform 29CM limited order. It is expected to stimulate fans' desire to collect by including a shared map where they can check the spots visited on Sik-deokhu as well as film camera photos shot directly by chef Choi Kang-rok.
