'MZ wannabe icon' IVE (IVE: Ahn Yujin·Gaeul·Ray·Jang Wonyoung·Liz·Eseo) won first place on music shows with their new song 'BLACKHOLE(blackhole)'.
On the 4th, broadcast on MBC M and MBC every1's Show! Champion, IVE lifted the No. 1 trophy for the first week of March with 'Blackhole,' the double title track from their second full-length album.
With this, IVE achieved a four-show sweep on music programs with the pre-release double title track 'BANG BANG'—including Mnet's M Countdown on the 26th of the month, MBC's Show! Music Core, KBS2's MUSIC BANK, and SBS's Inkigayo—and added a first-place win with 'Blackhole' on Show! Champion, marking five total wins for the second full-length album. In particular, this No. 1 was achieved without broadcast appearances, once again proving IVE's solid popularity.

The double title track 'Blackhole' from the second full-length album REVIVE+ (Revive Plus), released on the 23rd of last month, is a song that harmonizes cinematic sound and shuffle rhythm and contains a message about IVE's present view and a bigger leap forward. With assertive lyrics such as 'Anything you want will come true,' it delivers a hopeful message while redefining IVE-style narcissism and has received much love both domestically and internationally.
The success of the pre-release double title track 'BANG BANG' is also continuing. Since its release, 'BANG BANG' achieved a perfect all-kill by sweeping No. 1 on major domestic music charts' real-time·TOP100·daily charts, and as of 8 a.m. on the 5th it has maintained that record, firmly holding the top spot. It has also shown steady rises on global charts.
Through this second full-length album, IVE is proving a wide musical spectrum by continuing performances from the pre-release song 'BANG BANG' to 'Blackhole.' Having lifted the No. 1 trophy on Show! Champion with 'Blackhole,' attention is focused on the continued double-track hit run.
