Dex attracted attention for suppressing his anger toward a reckless driver and getting through the situation.
On the Jan. 1 broadcast of MBC "Manitto Club," Dex appeared to help deliver a gift for a manitto. That day Dex met Jung Haein, who is Go Youn-jung's manitto, and carried out a mission to purchase and deliver a café menu.
While driving, Dex practiced a delivery line, saying, "Your manitto sent this." He then imagined the situation, saying, "This might provoke someone to ask who you are."
Then, suddenly, a car dangerously merged in without using its turn signal, creating tension. Dex braked so hard the camera shook, and the crew riding with him reacted with anger.
After a moment of silence, Dex held back and said, "That person is really..." then worried, "What should I do. Because of that sudden stop, it looks like all the coffee spilled." He added, "Ah, I'm really..." restraining his anger and complained, "I don't know whether they're older, younger, or the same age, but that really isn't right, is it?"
After arriving at the destination and checking the trunk, Dex ultimately discovered the spilled coffee and showed a dejected expression.
As the scene spread online in short videos and other formats, viewer reactions followed. Netizens could not help but marvel, saying, "That's impressive," "You can really see him holding it in," "If it were me, I'd have cursed and caused a controversy over my character," and "He's a professional broadcaster."
