'Single's Inferno5' contestant and track athlete Kim Min expressed her feelings regarding rumors of discord and attitude controversies with fellow contestant Choi Mina-soo.
Kim Min uploaded a video titled 'Single's Inferno5 Q&A they told me to do so I went crazy Kim Min Q&A' to her personal YouTube channel on Feb. 28. The released video shows Kim Min directly answering fans' questions sent via social media.
One fan asked, "Do you usually keep in touch with Choi Mina-soo?" Kim Min said, "I contacted Mina. Because on the day gossip came out I contacted Mina first. 'Mina, are you okay?' After that we contacted each other off and on."
Questions about Choi Mina-soo poured in. On 'Single's Inferno5' Kim Min and Choi Mina-soo appeared to show actual signs of conflict, and a debate broke out with people defending each side.
In that context, when asked to describe Choi Mina-soo in two words, Kim Min laughed and said, "Mina is like a child. So you can't really hate her. A sturdy baby."
Even Kim Min, with a serious expression, apologized to the camera. She apologized, saying, "I think my attitude was not good at the 'reunion.' My expression was careless. I should have known my appearance on camera would look bad; my tone was too snippy. I'm really sorry to Mina and I feel so bad just thinking about it."
She also made a heart gesture toward the camera and added the caption "unnie, I love you," expressing a cordial relationship with Choi Mina-soo.
Kim Min drew attention in the past as a track athlete whose beauty resembled aespa's Karina, gaining popularity as the 'track world Karina.' She recently appeared on the Netflix original reality show 'Single's Inferno5,' putting her at the center of attention. 'Single's Inferno5' achieved the highest ratings in the series' history and remained popular after its finale, with a 'reunion' featuring the contestants' stories released.
