'Honour' today (3) ahead of the broadcast released a preview of Lee Na-young's trial scene. Lee Na-young, who was arrested on suspicion of killing Seo Hyun-woo, stood in court, and actor Moon Tae-yoo makes a special appearance as the defense attorney claiming self-defense.
In a still cut released by ENA Monday-Tuesday drama 'Honour' (directed by Park Geon-ho, written by Park Ga-yeon, planned by KT Studio Genie, produced by How Pictures, hereafter "Honour"), Yoon Ra-young (Lee Na-young) is shown wearing a prison uniform and sitting in the defendant's seat. Instead of the lawyer who had defended her clients resolutely amid fierce storms, the haggard face of Yoon Ra-young, the defendant on trial, suggests this fight will not be easy. Fellow lawyer Jeong-woo (Moon Tae-yoo) steps in to provide backup, foreshadowing an intense courtroom battle to prove self-defense.
In the previous episode, Park Jae-yeol (Seo Hyun-woo), driven to the edge after being set up by a secret sex trafficking cartel, caused a disturbance at the safe house where the L&J (Listen & Join) law firm's three lawyers Yoon Ra-young, Kang Shin-jae (Jung Eun-Chae), and Hwang Hyun-jin (Lee Chung-ah) had sheltered victims of "Connectin." Driven mad, he threatened the three friends as he had 20 years ago, and ultimately died after being struck by a pipe swung by Yoon Ra-young while she tried to stop him. This time it was she who saved her friends. But in the end Yoon Ra-young is arrested as a murder suspect.
However, viewers were shocked to learn that the person who meticulously planned this tragedy was "Green Hood" Han Min-seo (Jeon Soyoung). Claiming she directly exposed videos of Connect users sexually exploiting others on social media, she provoked Park Jae-yeol's frenzy and lured him to L&J's safe house. A message that arrived to Yoon Ra-young immediately after the incident shook the case again. The message, "Thank you, mom. For killing dad," was accompanied by a necklace around the sender's neck that matched one Yoon Ra-young had left at her dead daughter's grave. The circumstances implied the girl was born between Yoon Ra-young and Park Jae-yeol, adding to the shock.
In the pre-released preview for episode 10, Han Min-seo visiting Park Jae-yeol's grave is captured murmuring, "I won't pray for your soul. You'll be in hell anyway." Despite her cold face, what complex emotions lie beneath remain undisclosed. Yoon Ra-young senses a hidden hand, asking, "Who is behind Minseo?" In a still cut released alongside it, Han Min-seo is shown meeting Baek Tae-ju (Yeonwoo). Whether Han Min-seo, who sharpened her knife of revenge to return pain greater than what she suffered, acted as a double agent in a scheme designed by Baek Tae-ju, and what relationship the two have, raises further questions.
The production team said, "In episode 10, alongside the trial of Yoon Ra-young, who is arrested as a murder suspect, the larger truth surrounding 'Connectin' will be revealed piece by piece, continuing the stormy development. Watch to see whether Yoon Ra-young can be recognized as acting in self-defense and freed from detention, and how the true identities of Han Min-seo and Baek Tae-ju will shake this case."
