HYBE music group label ADOR is looking for a boy group to follow NewJeans.
ADOR will hold auditions in 11 major cities worldwide to find talented individuals who can become members of a boy group. "2026 ADOR BOYS GLOBAL AUDITION (2026 어도어 보이즈 글로벌 오디션)" is open to any male born in 2007 or later. There are no restrictions on the fields of application. Singing, dancing, rapping, acting, songwriting·composing, vlogging, photography, and any content that can showcase your strengths can be submitted.
ADOR said, "All applicants who apply online will have the opportunity to participate in an in-person audition where they can meet the judges face to face," adding, "We plan to discover rough gems who possess their natural charm and potential rather than following technique or trends, so we ask for your interest."
The in-person auditions will be held in sequence starting in Seoul (March 21), Busan (March 22), Singapore (March 28), Osaka (April 4), Tokyo (April 5), Vancouver (April 10), New York (April 10), Toronto (April 12), Los Angeles (April 12), Sydney (April 18) and Melbourne (April 19). Online applications close three days before the in-person audition date in each region.
Along with the audition announcement, ADOR released a campaign short-form video. It is an animation that depicts an idea (Key) that has passed through a laboratory called ADOR blossoming into the shape of a person and passing through the door to a new world. The four elements—laboratory (Lab), door (Door), key (Key) and person (Human)—symbolize ADOR's creative process.
