Singer Wooz said he received an apology from Yu Jae-seok after the "Excuse Me" awards ceremony.
On the 2nd, the YouTube channel "Donghaemul and Baekdu Eunhyuk" released a video titled "I have scopophobia," Wooz, who talked nonstop for two hours and then left, "You're completely cured today^^" | EP.17 | Will you come this way S3'.
In the video, Wooz appeared as a guest and introduced himself as "an introverted person with scopophobia," but in reality he spoke incessantly about his life and musical views. Wooz recounted his journey from studying soccer in Brazil to becoming a singer, the behind-the-scenes story of the resurgence of "Drowning," episodes from his military service, and news of his recently released full-length album and concerts.
During the conversation Wooz mentioned performing a celebratory stage at the "Excuse Me" awards ceremony. Wooz said, "Senior Hwasa sang in front of me. I thought they would definitely make me sing too, so I was mentally prepared. When I see things like that, instead of feeling burdened, I'm the type to think, 'I want to do better myself.'"
Wooz said, "Afterward senior Yu Jae-seok apologized. He said he originally didn't intend to make me sing." Eunhyuk then asked, "Didn't you sing with a karaoke machine?" and Wooz said, "When my voice isn't working I rely on momentum. There were times when I had pitch slips when I was really sick. As a professional I think about what to do, and I've developed my own condition-adjusted vocal technique that lets me handle any situation."
