JYP Entertainment rookie KickFlip successfully completed its first fan concert national tour and previewed activities for 2026.
KickFlip opened the curtain of its four-show first fan concert 2026 KickFlip FAN-CON < From KickFlip, To WeFlip >(From KickFlip, To WeFlip) at Blue Square SOL Travel Hall in Yongsan District, Seoul, on Jan. 17 and 18. It then met WeFlip (fandom name: WeFlip) on a tour of five cities and 12 performances nationwide: Busan on Jan. 24, Gwangju on Jan. 31, Cheongju on Feb. 21 and Daegu on Feb. 28. The final performance was held simultaneously as an offline concert and as a paid online live stream on the Beyond LIVE platform.
After the second Daegu performance on the 28th of the month, the members surprised audiences by revealing news of a new album at the venue, drawing enthusiastic cheers. KickFlip will officially release its fourth mini album at 6 p.m. on April 6. A pre-release track will be released at 6 p.m. on March 9. Having released the digital single From KickFlip, To WeFlip, which included unit songs first unveiled at the fan concert held on Jan. 20 to mark their first debut anniversary and in which members participated in songwriting—Hyper Slide (Sung by Gyehun, Donghwa, Minje, Keiju), Good Night (Sung by Juwang, Donghyun)—attention is focused on the more mature musicality KickFlip will express in the new work.
The fan concert, themed around rookie mail carrier KickFlip delivering gifts to WeFlip, featured a rich program from stages full of charm to a hi-touch farewell session that sent fans off, highlighting a well-rounded lineup. The members greeted fans with first mini album track Eung Geurae and debut song Mama Said (What do you want to be?), and mini 2 title track FREEZE, and showcased multifaceted appeal with album tracks such as Teugijeom, Like A Monster, Electricity, Gas On It and Someday the sun will explode. In addition, they proved their boundless potential as a next-generation stage artisan with a varied set list that included First song I sing for the first time, which earned them their first music show trophy on terrestrial television, unit stages and a full-group cover of GOT7's A.
Captivating the audience with solid skills and cheerful energy, KickFlip closed the concert by saying, "Thanks to you, our dream has become even happier. We were able to hold a fan concert in our second year, and we will continue to show great stages, new sides and many different charms and grow into an even better KickFlip." They added sincerely, "Thank you to all the WeFlip who joined us. All twelve concerts remain good memories. I did not expect about a month to pass so quickly. We prepared the fan concert with excitement, wondering 'what would it be like to have a place with only WeFlip and KickFlip,' and I was truly happy to see WeFlip."
Since debuting in the music industry with mini album Flip it, Kick it! on Jan. 20, 2025, the K-pop super rookie KickFlip, which has released three records, earned a No. 1 on terrestrial music shows, won multiple rookie awards at music award ceremonies and performed at major global festivals, will shine its brilliant youth with new music this spring.
