Group BTOB member Seo Eun-kwang successfully concluded his first solo concert in Taipei.
Seo Eun-kwang held his solo concert 'My Page' at Taipei Legacy Tera (LEGACY TERA) on the 27th of last month and met with local fans.
'My Page' was Seo Eun-kwang's solo concert presented for the first time in 5 years and 5 months, and it drew attention from the announcement of its staging. Seo Eun-kwang, who heated up the year-end by holding 'My Page' in Seoul and Busan in December last year, announced the news of holding a Taipei concert for the first time as a solo artist, focusing intense interest from local fans.
On stage Seo Eun-kwang said, "This is my first solo concert in Taipei, and it brings a different kind of nervousness and excitement compared with BTOB performances. I will show you properly as much as you have waited and supported me," offering a warm greeting to the fans who filled the venue.
That day Seo Eun-kwang performed all the songs from his first full-length solo album 'UNFOLD,' excluding instrumental tracks, from the title track 'Greatest Moment' to 'My Door,' 'Last Light,' 'Parachute,' 'Monster,' 'When the wind reaches,' 'Glory,' 'Love & Peace,' and 'I will run.'
Through the full performance of 'Unfold,' which expressed his distinctive musical world, Seo Eun-kwang once again proved his deepened musical capabilities as one of Korea's representative vocalists. Songs that move from hurt and fear to courage and liberation, and from love to gratitude, maximized emotion through his explosive voice, delivering deep resonance and emotion.
In addition, Seo Eun-kwang stirred fans' hearts with his own-style reinterpretation of BTOB hits such as 'I can't be without you' and member Lee Min-hyuk (HUTA, Huta)'s solo song 'Rosy.' He also presented a diverse program, including Hyunbin's 'That man' and a cover of popular local musician A-Lin's 'No guilt in heartbreak (失戀無罪),' offering local fans a refreshing pleasure.
After finishing the Taipei performance of 'My Page' to enthusiastic local response, Seo Eun-kwang conveyed through his agency BTOB Company, "Because it was my first overseas solo concert I was very nervous and trembling, but feeling the voices and supportive hearts of Melody (official fandom name) melted me away like snow and filled me with happiness," and added, "I want to promise once again that I will sing by fans' sides forever with all my heart.
