Blackpink topped the Hanteo weekly album chart just two and a half days after the release of mini album 3 "DEADLINE."
On the 2nd, according to Hanteo Chart, "DEADLINE" ranked No. 1 on the weekly album chart for the fifth week of February (counting Feb. 23–March 1) with sales of 1,470,920 copies. Released at 2 p.m. on Feb. 27, it reached the top of the chart with only two and a half days of tracking.
This result was already predicted from the first day of release. According to Hanteo Chart's tracking, "DEADLINE" sold 1,461,785 copies on the day of release, setting a new milestone as the highest single-day sales in K-pop girl group history. It is a point that shows the explosive global fans' expectations for the full-group album for the first time in about three years and five months.
YG said, "Global demand for the album has far exceeded initial expectations, and additional production is currently underway," and added, "Please look forward to the new records Blackpink will write once again."
Meanwhile, [DEADLINE] dominated iTunes album charts in 38 cumulative regions and landed at No. 1 worldwide, and on QQ Music, China's largest music platform, the title track "GO" and the album tracks all entered the top ranks, successfully "lining up" at the top. The "GO" music video ranked No. 1 on YouTube's latest chart (Feb. 27, 2026) for global daily popular music videos.
