Actress Kim Ga Eun revealed plans for a second child.
Kim Ga Eun posted a video about plans for a second child on her personal YouTube channel on the 25th.
In the released video, Kim Ga Eun prepared a subscriber event to celebrate surpassing 100,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel. She intended to send gift boxes she personally prepared to 10 subscribers.
To that end, Kim Ga Eun prepared cosmetics such as the sheet masks, hand cream, and lip balm she actually uses, as well as key rings she made herself. While making key rings for her subscribers, Kim Ga Eun drew attention by confessing, "a bit of TMI, but to tell you, I am preparing for a baby."
Kim Ga Eun said, "I am not formally preparing for a second child, and I originally had no plans, but I thought it might be good to consider it around this time. Until a few months ago it felt like a very distant topic. But not gradually—after hurriedly taking prenatal tests, they told me this seems like the best time, and I also felt that way. It seems like the best time, so I plan to try slowly."
She continued, "I made the hospital appointment myself, and I prepared the supplements and am forcing them into my husband's mouth," adding, "If a baby were with our pet cat and dog, it would be so cute. Also, I thought it would be good to have one good gene from Seonwoo (my husband). If there is good news, I will let you know," raising expectations.
Kim Ga Eun developed a romantic relationship with actor Yoon Sun Woo, who co-starred with her in the 2015 KBS 2TV drama TV Novel Ilpyeondansim Dandelion. After a 10-year romance, they became husband and wife last October, holding a wedding at a location in Seoul.
