Wonder Girls alumnus Sunye recalled memories from her debut audition.
Yesterday, on the 27th, Wonder Girls alumnus Sunye appeared on KBS 2TV Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant (hereafter Fun-Staurant).
That day Sunye talked about her experience participating in an audition to fulfill her childhood dream of becoming a singer. She said, "I came home from school and an audition commercial was playing. I thought I absolutely had to go, so I asked my grandmother to take me," she said.
She went on to explain the situation at the time, saying, "My grandmother took me with the thought, 'Watch properly how many talented kids there are,'" she said.
Sunye said, "When I actually went, it was the first time I had ever been to Olympic Park and several thousand people had gathered," and "There were kids practicing on the street who danced well and sang well, so I realized I had been a frog in a well," she confessed.
She said, "I was going to go home, but my grandmother said, 'Wait,' and brought back a registration slip," and "So I took the audition and that led to where I am now," she said.
Meanwhile, Sunye stopped group activities in 2013, married a husband who is a former missionary, and has three daughters.<
