Actor Han Hyojoo said she is about to graduate from Buddhist University.
On the 28th, a new video titled 'Coupon receipt is an excuse' was released on the YouTube channel 'TteunTteun.' In this 'excuse,' actors Han Ji-min, Han Hyojoo, and Park Boyoung appeared and talked.
That day Han Hyojoo laughed and said, "I don't know if I can say this, but on my birthday, Feb. 22, coincidentally I am graduating from Buddhist University this time." Han Ji-min added, "I'm attending Buddhist University right now."
Yu Jae-seok, surprised, asked, "You go to Buddhist University?" and Han Hyojoo explained, "I was originally Catholic. I wanted to study a bit."
Yu Jae-seok asked, "So you, being Catholic, enrolled in Buddhist University?" and Yang Se-chan asked, "So did you change your religion?" Han Hyojoo said, "I didn't change it; I wanted to study."
After hearing the answer, Yu Jae-seok asked, "Then how many years is the program?" and Han Hyojoo answered, "About six months," surprising those around her. Yu Jae-seok, taken aback, asked, "Not a four-year program?" and Yang Se-chan said, "So it's just like receiving a certificate?" which drew laughter.
Asked what she studies, Han Hyojoo said, "Buddhist theory and such; I take an online class once a week. There are no exams. There are no credits," and Han Ji-min said, "It's mostly mind-study, like that.." Yang Se-chan laughed, "It's unique. Being Catholic and studying that itself is already…"
