Singer Baek Z Young visited a plastic surgery clinic with her husband Jeong Seok-won to consult about her shortened nose.

Before visiting the clinic, Baek Z Young and Jeong Seok-won talked at home about various aspects of cosmetic surgery, and Baek Z Young boasted expert-level knowledge, calling it "tips gained from many failed experiences."
Jeong Seok-won said, "My wife said she removed what she had put in her eyes when she had the baby," and Baek Z Young replied, "These eyes had hollows that were filled with fat, but every time I closed my eyes the fat would bulge up over my eyes, so I removed it." In response, Jeong Seok-won urged, "Take this out too! The nose as well," and Baek Z Young pondered, "Should I remove it? Should I really take it out?" When asked, "How would you feel if your wife said she was going to the clinic again?", Jeong Seok-won revealed his affectionate side, saying, "I'm fine with it now. I used to react sensitively to those things, but if she needs to use her own cartilage, she can tell me. I'll give mine. I'm serious. I'm really sincere about this. If she needs things like earlobes or cartilage, she shouldn't use her own; she should really tell me."
Later, Baek Z Young, who said she had come to the plastic surgery clinic for the first time in 10 years, began the consultation saying, "My nose was originally a bit long," and the doctor said, "Watching broadcasts, I also felt the nose has been rising, which is regrettable. The shape remains, but a change in nose length can make a big difference in a person."
The doctor diagnosed, "Revision surgery is possible. A surgery that lengthens the shortened part can be done. In Baek Z Young's case it's mild and not severe." Baek Z Young lamented, "As my nose rose, the shape of my nostrils also changed."
At that time Jeong Seok-won asked, "If you have nose surgery, do you also need cartilage grafts? Does my wife need them? Is it possible to use someone else's cartilage for grafting?
