Jung Ji-seon and chef Kwon Seong-joon's challenge as the kitchen rookie will be broadcast.
On the 27th, OSEN reported that Jung Ji-seon and Kwon Seong-joon are joining tvN's new variety show "Undercover Chef" (working title).
"Undercover Chef" is a variety show in which Korea's famous star chefs remove their ranks and go undercover as the kitchen junior in the homeland where their cooking began. Leaving behind their fame in Korea, it raises expectations about whether they can earn recognition for their skills solely through cooking in the homeland.
In particular, with the recent domestic and international popularity of "Culinary Class Wars" and "Chef & My Fridge," expectations are growing for the new images these chefs will show in the homeland beyond Korea.
Earlier, in the Netflix variety show "Culinary Class Wars," which aired in 2024, chef Kwon Seong-joon won the final victory under the name Napoli Mafia, and chef Jung Ji-seon reached the top seven.
Chef Jung Ji-seon will go to China, and chef Kwon Seong-joon will go to Italy to showcase their cooking skills in the homeland. Filming will begin next month with the goal of airing in the first half of the year.
