Lee Sung-kyoung and Chae Jong Hyeop face each other's wounds.
Today (27) at 9:50 p.m., MBC's Friday-Saturday drama In Your Radiant Season (planned by Namgung Seong-woo, written by Jo Seong-hee, directed by Jeong Sang-hee and Kim Young-jae) episode 3 features Song Ha-ran (played by Lee Sung-kyoung) and Seon Woo-chan (played by Chae Jong Hyeop) going on a palace date disguised as a study visit.
Earlier it was revealed that Seon Woo-chan had been sending and receiving messages with Ha-ran on behalf of Ha-ran's boyfriend Kang Hyuk-chan (played by Kwon Do Hyoung), delivering a twist. When Ha-ran, who had saved him twice, fell into deep loss after her boyfriend's death, Chan decided to stay in her daily life for three months to help her regain "spring" and proposed a "three-month neighborhood friend trial version."
The stills released today capture Song Ha-ran and Seon Woo-chan's old palace date, drawing attention. As part of an animation collaboration project, the two set out to study dancheong. Ha-ran feels awkward at Chan's appearance in a gonryongpo, but Chan quickly rises to "influencer" status with his bright energy.
After previously drawing a line at Seon Woo-chan's neighborhood friend suggestion and direct confession, Song Ha-ran continues the palace tour in an awkward atmosphere. But while Chan steps away for a moment, Ha-ran, who is walking the palace alone, stops as if she has witnessed an unexpected scene. Her quickly reddened eyes suggest to Ha-ran that a serious incident has occurred.
Seeing this, Seon Woo-chan looks at her with worry-filled eyes, and Ha-ran for the first time reveals the feelings she had been holding back. Chan also brings up his own story of having gone through the harshest winter, and the two confront each other's wounds. As past pains intersect, attention is focused on whether cracks will form in Ha-ran's heart, which had tried to push Chan away.
