Actress and director Koo Hye-sun revealed what led her to believe in herself.
On the 27th, a new video was released on the YouTube channel 'Sebasi Lecture' titled "A story revealed for the first time, the thought Koo Hye-sun had the moment she jumped."
That day Koo Hye-sun recalled, "There was a time when I was in so much pain. There was a time when I really wanted to die. I was driving, and in the distance a parachute was falling. I was skydiving, and I impulsively went to sign up for skydiving," she said.
She continued, "There were seven people in the helicopter, and all seven were people who wanted to die. The helicopter took off, and they told us to jump one by one, but my many selves were simultaneously shouting that they wanted to live."
Koo Hye-sun said, "I wanted to live so badly. The moment I jumped, I was saying I wanted to live. During those few seconds of jumping, until the moment my feet touched the ground, I realized I was not someone who wanted to die."
She added, "All seven of us hugged and shouted, 'We're so glad we're alive.' When our selves become one, a belief that you can trust yourself arises. So I believe that you become what you believe, and you should trust yourself rather than others, and be your own best friend," she said, revealing what changed her mindset.
