U-KISS alumnus Dongho told his ex-wife, who made somewhat shocking allegations including releasing her KakaoTalk messages, "Don't play the victim."
Dongho posted on the afternoon of the 26th, "I'm really sorry, but you were the one who started posting on social media using our son's account from the beginning. So why are you putting on a victim act saying you're protecting the family from me?" and "And I think you're making a big mistake — what are you and I that you say you'll do interviews and reveal everything? We're just private citizens, and even if I was a celebrity in the past, you're the one leading the publicizing of family matters that no one would be curious about now," he wrote.
He continued, "Don't play the victim saying it's for the son; if you have something to say, file a complaint and take it up with your lawyer," adding, "Don't forget that you started the complaints and this whole mess; I hope you come to your senses. It's already irreversible," expressing his displeasure.
Since the 25th, Dongho and his ex-wife have engaged in a two-day exchange of revelations. With the ex-wife claiming the reason for the divorce from Dongho was infidelity, Dongho directly issued a statement denying those claims as entirely false, and the dispute appears to be turning into a mudslinging fight.
When Dongho said it was false, the ex-wife posted on social media, "Wow, so it's all false. You must be crazy. Fine, let's take it to the end. Please sue me. I'll reveal the names of the members who engaged in prostitution with Dongho," and she claimed, "I never received child support; he hit the child; I'll take the child out and expose their face and have the child give testimony to reporters properly. I can verify my child support account, my mother's account, everything, and will expose it. I have no idea what makes you so confident. I'm proceeding with a lawsuit and will show no leniency. I have a recording of a phone call with Dongho's mother. I'll reveal that Dongho's mother apologized to me for abusing me."
At the same time, she captured and released KakaoTalk messages, and the profile photo showed a face presumed to be Dongho along with the nickname 'Dongbulbi.' However, it has not been confirmed whether the message was an actual KakaoTalk capture or whether it is authentic.
Currently, Dongho and his ex-wife are asserting and rebutting each other's claims, and because there are sharp contradictions, it is difficult to see which side is correct. With the likelihood that this could escalate into lawsuits and legal action, attention is focused on how this exchange of revelations will conclude.
The following is Dongho's full post
I'm really sorry
You were the one who started posting on Instagram using our son's account from the beginning
So why are you putting on a victim act saying you're protecting the family from me
And I think you're making a big mistake
What are you and I that you say you'll do interviews and reveal everything
We're just private citizens and even if I was a celebrity in the past
You're the one leading the publicizing of family matters that no one would be curious about now
Don't play the victim saying it's for the son
If you have something to say, file a complaint and take it up with your lawyer
Don't forget that you started the complaints and this whole mess
I hope you come to your senses
It's already irreversible.
