"Morning Yard" singer and comedian Kim Jae-rong revealed that his younger sibling is battling cancer, drawing sympathy.
On the 27th, KBS 1TV's "Morning Yard" aired the "happy Friday Ssangssang party" segment. In it, trot singers Kim Jae-rong and Baek Bong-gi, comedian Ahn So-mi and trot singer Choi Ji-ye, actor Lee Tae-seong and his younger sibling, singer Seong Yu-bin, formed teams and appeared as guests.
Among them, Kim Jae-rong teamed with Baek Bong-gi, who is active as a singer and actor, in the blue team, showing lively, spirited humor throughout. Baek Bong-gi is the parent of three children, one daughter and two sons, and Kim Jae-rong is a father of two sons; he even joked while offering advice to Baek Bong-gi, who recently became a father to a daughter.
But behind Kim Jae-rong's bright face there was also pain. After the performance, Kim Jae-rong confessed that his younger sister is battling cancer. Kim Jae-rong also shared a photo taken with his sister and said, "My sister developed sarcoma 10 years ago. She recently had her third surgery," drawing a sigh.
He added, "My sister shaved her head for chemotherapy, and brother thought my sister's head shape is so pretty. I hope she endures and receives a diagnosis of complete recovery in five years," cheering brightly and adding to the emotion.
