'Problem Child in House' chef Jung Ji-seon revealed her experiences with MZ employees, surprising everyone.
On the 26th, the KBS2TV variety show 'Problem Child in House' featured Culinary Class Wars chef Lee Mun-jung and chef Jung Ji-seon. Chef Jung Ji-seon, who runs two stores, cautiously brought up stories about her employees. She said, "These days I try to outthink the MZ generation," and added, "They have a 10 a.m. start, but at 9:50 a.m. I get a call saying, 'I drank a lot and vomited so I can't come to work.' She continued, "Another time, the night before coming to work they said, 'Please give me time to decide whether to stay here or not.' It was an employee who had been there three months. They asked for two weeks. So I received contact in three days and processed the resignation immediately," and added, "At an interview the parents came with them. The interviewee was over thirty, and they said they went with their parents," shocking everyone.
Chef Jung Ji-seon said, "At first I wondered if they were my fan. They were just checking the store atmosphere to see whether it was a place my child could work. Some parents sat with them, and some waited outside the store," making the studio fall silent.
