Weverse Con Festival returns this summer as an expanded urban music festival spanning day and night, indoor and outdoor.
HYBE said on the 24th that the 2026 Weverse Con Festival (Weverse Con Festival, hereinafter WeConFe) will be held for two days on June 6-7 at Seoul Olympic Park KSPO DOME and the 88 Lawn.
WeConFe is a global music festival that connects music fans around the world across genres and generations. Launched in 2023 and marking its fourth edition this year, WeConFe has offered a fresh musical experience each year with high-quality stages and a wide artist lineup. Last year, for the first time, an outdoor evening stage was added, and the festival was held successfully with 27 artist teams from various genres including K-pop, ballad, rock and musical, and about 26,000 spectators in attendance.
The 2026 WeConFe is themed "Newtopia," focusing on creating a music festival like a paradise in the city.
Indoor and outdoor performances at an urban music festival; outdoor live stages will run from day into night again this year
This year WeConFe will fully utilize KSPO DOME and the 88 Lawn to operate the outdoor performance "Weverse Park" and the indoor performance "Weverse Con" simultaneously. The event's theme will be depicted in multiple ways tailored to the characteristics of each space.
Weverse Park will continue the identity of an outdoor festival by hosting artist live performances based on live band performances from day to night. As live band arranged stages received strong responses previously, all time-slot performances will again be operated as live performances this year. This will deliver a vivid sound and performance and strengthen the unique atmosphere of an outdoor festival.
Weverse Con will be composed as an immersive stage that maximizes artists' performances and sound based on stage production reflecting the "Newtopia" concept, aiming to complete a festival atmosphere distinct from the outdoor stage.
WeConFe's indoor and outdoor performances will be streamed live online through the global superfans platform Weverse, allowing fans around the world who cannot attend in person to enjoy the performances in real time.
A wide lineup that breaks genre and generational boundaries; WeConFe's signature "tribute stage" also continues
The performing lineup will become even richer. While maintaining WeConFe's characteristic lineup that spans genres and generations, the festival will expand the proportion of artists not yet on the Weverse platform and newly appearing artists. In addition, the participation of skilled solo artists who fit the festival mood is also expected.
Especially, the "Tribute Stage," which has become a symbol of WeConFe, will again crown the festival this year. The Tribute Stage will feature solo performances by legendary artists who left meaningful footprints in the history of Korean popular music, alongside tribute stages where younger artists present modern reinterpretations of classic songs.
Past Tribute Stages featured Uhm Jung-hwa (2023), Park Jin-Young (2024) and BoA (2025), and the full performing lineup including this year's tribute artists will be released sequentially from March.
HYBE said, "WeConFe has served as a place of integration for popular music, providing a special experience that connects all generations through music," and noted, "This year we will present the essence of a music festival with stage composition and production befitting the 'Newtopia' theme and a renewed lineup."
Before official ticket sales, HYBE will sell a limited number of "blind tickets" at a discounted price through NOL tickets on the 25th on a first-come, first-served basis. Blind tickets can be purchased only for the "Green Pass," which allows all-day access to the outdoor performance Weverse Park.
