Group Blackpink previewed a new musical world full of boldness, exciting global fans' hearts.
YG Entertainment posted BLACKPINK - "GO" M/V TEASER on its official blog on the 24th. The video, which finally unveiled the concept of the new song that has garnered expectations from music fans around the world, was revealed.
Above all, the cosmic scale is the highlight. The process, as if the members were preparing a voyage toward space beyond the sea, land and sky, unfolded with sensuous cinematography. In the scene where they gather and grip crossed oars, one can even glimpse a resolute determination.
The title track's name quickly flashes by in various languages, and multiple mysterious elements harmonize to draw attention, such as the symbol formed as "GO" when white sand explodes and appears. Since it is full of a different distinctiveness from the musical world Blackpink has shown so far, interest is focused on the charms they will display through this album.
Blackpink will release mini album 3 [DEADLINE] at 2 p.m. on the 27th (Korea time). A total of five tracks were included: the title track "GO" and pre-release songs "Twieo (JUMP)", "Me and my", "Champion" and "Fxxxboy". YG said the album would be filled, as the title [DEADLINE] suggests, with "irreversible best moments" and "Blackpink's present shining the most at this moment."
Blackpink will present the National Museum of Korea and the "Gukjungbak X Blackpink" project from the 27th to the 8th of next month. The special collaboration was backed by global audio and music streaming platform Spotify and included pink lighting on the museum exterior and representative artifact audio guides featuring the members. In the main lobby, the Path of History, a listening session where visitors can hear all the tracks from the mini album will be held. The pre-sessions sold out as soon as reservations opened, and the post-release sessions will be open to anyone.
