'The queen of Chinese cuisine' chef Jeong Ji-seon revealed she is handling a schedule that rivals Blackpink's Jennie.
On Thursday (26th) KBS2 Problem Child in House will feature 'the queen of Chinese cuisine' chef Jeong Ji-seon and chef Lee Mun-jung, who was a standout as the 'Witch with a Wok' on Culinary Class Wars 2.
On the show, chef Jeong Ji-seon surprised everyone by revealing a schedule reminiscent of Blackpink's Jennie. Jeong, who boasted a world-tour-level schedule that took her beyond Taiwan, Singapore and Hong Kong to the United States, said, "I hardly sleep. At most I sleep four hours, and on a recent U.S. business trip I slept less than 10 hours total over six days," revealing the traits of an unprecedented workaholic for whom 24 hours are not enough. Even Jeong's close friend Kim Sook reportedly clicked her tongue and said, "I've never seen anyone sleep less than Song Eun I."
Next, Jeong, who runs two Chinese restaurants, drew attention by revealing unprecedented employee benefits. She disclosed an unprecedented incentive policy, saying, "We pay incentives once every three months, and if the store exceeds its target we give employees additional bonuses."
She then revealed long-term service benefits that even surprised chef Lee Mun-jung. Jeong said, "For employees with more than five years of service, we give them either a passenger car or a luxury bag—whatever they want, with no price cap," and casually revealed that she recently gave a long-serving employee a top domestic model passenger car, turning the Problem Child in House set upside down.
In response, Song Eun I said, "I want to work under chef Jeong Ji-seon. Hire me," volunteering to join. The update on Jeong Ji-seon, dubbed the 'king of employee benefits,' will be revealed on Problem Child in House on KBS2 at 8:30 p.m. on the 26th.
