The group Hearts2Hearts marked its first anniversary by doing good.
Global development cooperation NGO G Foundation (director Park Chung-kwan) said on the 23rd that K-pop girl group "Hearts2Hearts" donated 50 million won in the name of their official fan club, S2U (Hachu), to support vulnerable female adolescents in Korea as they marked their first anniversary.
The donation was made to help vulnerable female adolescents in Korea who have difficulty purchasing hygiene products due to financial hardship continue their daily lives in a safer and healthier environment. Hearts2Hearts said they decided to donate to mark their first anniversary, practice meaningful sharing and return the love they have received.
G Foundation plans to use the donated funds to provide menstrual pad kits composed of various sizes of pads, feminine washes and heated compress packs to vulnerable female adolescents in Korea, and through this help them manage hygiene and health stably during their menstrual periods.
Hearts2Hearts said, "To mark our first anniversary, we participated in this sharing because we wanted to pass on the love we received from S2U (Hachu, Hearts2Hearts' official fan club) to more people," and added, "We hope vulnerable female adolescents who have difficulty obtaining hygiene products can go about their daily lives without worry, and we will continue to be artists who deliver positive influence together with our fans."
G Foundation director Park Chung-kwan said, "We sincerely thank Hearts2Hearts for delivering warm sharing for vulnerable female adolescents in Korea," and said, "We will responsibly support the use of the donated funds so that vulnerable female adolescents can protect basic rights in daily life and feel tangible changes."
Hearts2Hearts, composed of eight members — Jiwoo, Carmen, Yuha, Stella, Jueun, Aina, IAAN and Yeon — is a girl group under SM Entertainment that debuted on Feb. 24, 2025, with the single "The Chase," and released a new single, "RUDE!," on Feb. 20 and has been actively promoting.
G Foundation is an international development cooperation NGO that has obtained special consultative status with the U.N. Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC) and carries out active programs including education support and health care projects in developing countries overseas, as well as domestic child and youth support projects, low-income women's support projects and social economy projects.
